• Visit the potential site & evaluate its mechanical & electrical condition & suitability. 

• Produce a project price analysis. 

Issue the projects RFI register to client contractor.

DESIGN PHASE

• Identify and offer value engineering options. 

• Produce a complete design package that coordinates with the projects construction programme. 

Advise on energy efficiency. ​

 

PRE CONTRACT

CONSTRUCTION PHASE 

• Monitor & oversee all of CA's contractors on site & ensure the program of works is 

• implemented successfully alongside other trades.

• Carry out monthly valuation schedules of works completed. 

• Advise clients & contractors of running costs, VO's, AI's & complete any add/omit items. 

• Project managers to attend weekly meetings. 

• Issue technical submission

PROJECT COMPLETION

• Issue all test certificates. 

• Issue all as wired design drawings (stage 4 design). 

• installation of all schematics & distribution board schedules. 

• Produce hard & soft copy of O&Ms. 

• 12months warranty (T&Cs apply).
